Today, after more than a decade, our footprint has spread across multiple districts of Odisha, connecting with partner churches in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh, and even seeing new home churches established among unreached tribes in odisha. Yet our heartbeat remains the same as that first lantern-lit hut: wherever there is darkness, we go—bearing the light of Christ.

We are a Christ-centered, Spirit-led, non-profit Christian ministry passionately serving since 2010, dedicated to reaching the unreached, discipling the next generation, and transforming lives through the love and truth of Jesus Christ.

We are a family of believers, missionaries, and volunteers called by God to serve the forgotten villages, tribal communities, and youth of India. What started as a small spark of obedience in Odisha has now become a growing movement of hope — planting seeds of faith where the Gospel has not yet been heard.

Our Story

Reaching India Community with Hope Ministries

In 2010, with nothing but faith in God and a burden for the unreached, Pastor Sarat Deep and his family began ministering among tribal villages in Odisha. With every visit, every prayer, and every child taught the Word, God began to grow a movement.

As more families in nearby villages responded to the Gospel, that small gathering grew into multiple home churches. By late 2010, those original house fellowships formally organized under the name RICH Charitable Trust—“Reaching India Community with Hope.” The legal registration enabled them to raise support, send local teams deeper into tribal regions, and train emerging leaders.

What began in small huts and forest clearings has today expanded into youth discipleship camps, women’s empowerment groups, Bible training centers, and outreach events — all focused on one goal: that every village may know Jesus.
